It was a day well worth celebrating.

The first collection of Mānuka 30+ nectar in Hawke's Bay by Beekeeper Family Master Hamish Gustaf JANSON. When we sent them off to be tested for UMF index, inspector Lucas marveled, When I got the samples for testing I had a feeling they were pure, but I didn't expect them to be so high, it was a shock that I couldn't contain.

Up close they were more golden in color and more mellow in aroma. We felt that only Hawke's Bay, with its favorable geography, could produce Mānuka honey with such a high content. Top quality often goes hand in hand with rarity, and the UMF30+ honey is no exception. There is not much of the UMF30+ honey left after the many tests that have been carried out. We will be selling a limited number of 100 bottles to the global market, with a few remaining for laboratory sampling and testing.

Of course, with such a rare and top quality honey, we have also carefully designed its packaging, which is environmentally friendly and exquisite, so that if you use it as a gift for someone, no matter who it is, it will surely make them happy.
