Nzgoldhealth Children's Honey is made from the Rata flower, which grows on the west coast of New Zealand's South Island and only blooms once every three years. Rata and precious, the Rata flower is known as the 'champagne of honeys', with a reddish colour like fire, and is very demanding of the growing environment, requiring pure air and temperature to thrive. This honey has a delicate flavour and a lingering aftertaste.

SERVING SUGGESTION:Spread generously onto bread or toast, enjoy as an eating experience by itself, or mix with warm water and enjoy as a soothing drink. Delicious when added to a marinade and/or used as a cooking agent.
Do not give honey to babies under 1 year of age.
